  2. Having it now. Just happened to have almost all the ingredients. I do use cashew occasionally dosen't spike but ran out so 2% milk. I keep my ginger in the freezer. I did add some cinnamon. Very tasty. I'll test my count to see if it spikes any, probably because banana does. I'll try almond also. I pinned it.
